Delivery:
This depends on the method of shipment that you select. If you choose Federal Express Next Day Air, the product is in stock and the order is completed before 2 p.m. Eastern Time, you will receive the shipment within the next two business days. Mail shipments take seven to ten business days to ship and arrive to your door. Email delivery orders will be processed within 1 business day.

Refunds:
Our refund policy depends on the method of shipment that you select. Software shipped via e-mail cannot be returned.  Software shipped via Federal Express or via regular mail service can be returned for refund within 30 days of the purchase date provided that the envelope containing the media has not been opened.
