Our distributors make it more convenient for you to purchase and license our software. Distributors are responsible for providing the first level support for Jolly Giant Software products to their customers. This means that you, as their customer, can ask your questions or describe your problems in your mother language and appreciate the local support. Any questions that cannot be answered by the distributors are forwarded by the distributor to JGS.
