1. Problems where certain characters cannot be used when a key is mapped to a string.
2. Problems where changes to session parameters are not saved when the application was started from a session file or a shortcut to a session file.
3. Problems with the the incorrect return code being returned from the HLLAPI QueryHostUpdate function.
4. Problems where key definitions mapped to strings, scripts or keystroke files are not stored by session.  


Version 4.1.3 fixes:

1. Added missing defines to the whllapi.h header file.
2. Problems where alternate character set data and graphics escape characters are not copied properly to the clipboard.
3. Problems where the additional help file cannot be located when the application is started from a URL.
