Version 4.7.5 fixes:

Changes to QWS3270 PLUS:
1. Problems where batch transfer lists cause application crashes when there are a large number of transfer lists. 
2. Problems where screen prints were always in landscape mode when using a terminal type of IBM-DYNAMIC.
3. Changed default loction for the custom command file due to permission problems on Windows 7 64 bit systems.

1. Added validity check to limit the port number field value to be in the correct range.
2. Various minor changes to allow the product to meet the "Compatible with Windows 7" logo requirements.
